Uldir (Heroic) - Vectis (Assignments & ExorsusRT)

ExorsusRT is notes we can copy/paste.
  • Assignments is self explanatory
  • Cliffnotes is the top 3 things after we have it on farm
  • Some will require a couple more cliffnotes, try to keep it under 5
    • Example
    • 1. Avoid the gold swirls
    • 2. Don't explode a debuff on the raid
    • 3. Uth, do paladin things
Leader Notes
  • Notes for raid consistency
Strategies
  • This is not needed for all bosses, some will be as easy as the cliffnotes
  • Other bosses like Argus with 4 million phases, we might want to layout a strat & go over it

Strategies





Stage One: Probing Its Hosts

Vectis rotates between two stages until the fight ends.

Evolving Affliction (TANK)

A stacking DoT which deals ~20,000 magic damage every 2 seconds for 12 seconds.


Contagion

Throughout this stage Vectis will occasionally pulse and deal ~31,000 magic damage to the entire raid. This begins to deal significant damage once players begin to reach high stacks of Lingering Infection.

Gestate

A random player will receive this DoT, and after a couple seconds will become stunned and start pulsing ~19,000 magic damage every second for five seconds, five yards around them. Upon expiration, a Plague Amalgam will spawn from the affected player, which continually casts Immunosuppression, which applies a ~26,000 healing absorption shield to the raid.

The raid should stack behind the boss on one side, so the affected player can run to the other side behind the boss to drop off their DoT. The raid then needs to burn the Plague Amalgam before it gets off too many casts.

Stage Two: Spreading Pandemic

Vectis turns into a puddle that can't be targeted and randomly moves to different positions around the room. Coming into contact with Puddle Vectis will apply a stack of Lingering Infection.

Blood Geyser

Lines of blood will shoot across the room from Puddle Vectis and anyone hit by them will take ~23,000 magic damage and receive a stack of Lingering Infection. Players should stay as far away from Puddle Vectis as they can to maximize reaction time.


Plague Bomb

Orange circles will spawn at random locations on the ground and explode after 8 seconds, dealing ~38,000 initial magic damage and ~13,000 magic damage every 5.2 seconds for 8 seconds to anyone within the circle. The damage isn't split so only one person needs to soak each circle, but a Plague Amalgam will spawn in any that are missed. Players must continue to dodge Blood Geyser while soaking the circles, so the ones that spawn near Puddle Vectis will be difficult.
